  • Account Dashboard: For registered users, translations are available in your secure account dashboard

Delivery times are calculated from the moment payment confirmation is received and vary based on the selected service level.

6. Account Management

6.1 Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, you must submit a written request via email to:

Important: Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. All translations, order history, and account data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered. Please ensure you have saved any translations you wish to keep before requesting account deletion.

7. Quality Assurance & Dispute Resolution

7.1 Service Quality

We strive to provide high-quality translation services. If you are not satisfied with a translation, please contact our support team before initiating any payment disputes.

7.2 Dispute Process

For translation quality concerns or service issues:

  • We reserve the right to re-perform translations when quality issues are identified
  • Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes without prior contact may result in service suspension

7.3 Refund Policy

Refunds may be considered in cases where service delivery has failed. However, customers must first contact our support team to allow us the opportunity to resolve any issues or re-perform the translation if necessary.

To enhance user experience and provide a more personalized service interface, our AI translation system is presented through a human-friendly interface that guides users through the translation process.

In certain cases, translations may undergo additional quality assurance processes. However, the primary translation work is performed by our AI systems, which have been trained on extensive multilingual datasets to ensure accuracy and consistency.

All official communications, complaints, and requests must be submitted in writing via:

You retain all rights to your original content. We claim no ownership over the text you submit for translation. However, you grant us the necessary rights to process and translate your content as part of our service delivery.

10.3 Service Availability

While we strive for continuous service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our platform. Scheduled maintenance and technical issues may occasionally affect service availability.

10.4 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last modified" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
